Plan year 2017 FFM agent and agent registration and training is now available on the CMS Enterprise Portal at https://portal.cms.gov.
All agents and agents participating in the FFM must complete registration on the CMS Enterprise Portal at https://portal.cms.gov. You will need to create an FFM user account, select the agent/agent role, and complete identity proofing if you have not done so already.
You MUST send a copy of your completion certification to KOHBIE. After you have completed all training, the system will generate a completion certificate. You will need to save or print a copy of this certificate and send to Kentucky Office of Health Benefit and Information Exchange. KOHBIE is required to oversee all certifications for Agents and Application Assisters (kynectors). You must provide proof of certification to be added to the Find Agent or kynector (Application Assister) search function for the state of Kentucky.

Follow these steps to create an account and become certified:
Step 1. Go to https://portal.cms.gov.
Step 2. Click New User Registration in the right column as shown below.
Step 3a. Read the Terms and Conditions page displayed.
Step 3b. Click the box “I agree to the terms and conditions,” then click the Next button.
Step 4. You will then move forward to enter information such as name, email address, date of birth, etc. Continue to click through the remaining screens to complete registration.
Take special care to remember the email address used and any security questions you set up during registration.
