New phone and mailbox for Small and Key Group non-ACA business
From Anthem: “As part of our ongoing commitment to make doing business with us easier, we now have just one phone number and mailbox that you can use for enrollment and billing questions about your Small and Key Group (2-99) non-ACAbusiness. This will make it easier and faster to get the answers you need.”
Effective immediately, you and your clients may start directing enrollment and billing questions about your Small and Key Group non-ACA business to:
-April billing invoices will include the new number, and a recording will be put on all existing lines directing callers to this new number.
Existing phone numbers and mailboxes will be available until June 1, 2015.
*These changes are specific to Small and Key Group (2-99) non-ACA business. Continue to use the same phone numbers/mailboxes you currently use for other business inquiries.
