You can now quote Anthem’s Dental Prime and Complete plans via the Quoting Tool on the Producer Toolbox along with Medical, Vision and Life for 10/01/15 eff dates. Also, if your group purchased the Dental along with the Medical, Vision and Life they will receive one bill and one ID card.

 

Attached you will find one document showing the Dental Prime and Complete plans Anthem currently offers through the Toolbox – they are now slightly more streamlined.

 

Also attached are New Anthem KY Small Group Apps including: New KY Small Group Employer App and New Ky Small Group Enrollment App, which includes the Dental Prime and complete plans.
