Anthem has announced their 2016 Medicare Supplement plan premium amounts for Ohio; effective July 1, 2016.
Click here for a new rate sheet with approved rates for the Modernized plans, effective July 1, 2016. Please note that this rate sheet must be used along with a current Outline of Coverage. For effective dates prior to July 1, you can continue to use the current kits. Please order small quantities of the rate sheet and current sales kits.
As soon as Anthem announces the updated Sales Brochure and Outline of Coverage with the July 1st rates, we will notify you when you can order larger supplies of the sales kits for your 2016 sales.
