Our employees aren’t just our employee’s, they are like family to us. As such, we are feeling a mix of emotions as we announce Sharon Mains’ retirement. AgentLink won’t be the same without her and it’s a bittersweet moment as we say goodbye to her and wish her the best in retirement.
Bittersweet Farewell To Sharon Mains
If you have worked with our Groups Department, you have likely worked with (knowingly or unknowingly) Sharon Mains, our beloved Customer Service Representative. While she has worked with our Benefits Specialists for 17 years, her tenure at AgentLink reaches all the way back to the company’s inception. She worked with Randy McDevitt at Anthem before Randy started AgentLink.
Everyone on our staff loved Sharon and working with her. Her work truly made a lasting impact that has changed the company, employees, and agents for the better. Sharon was always readily available to lend an ear and help problem solve. Many of the people Sharon worked with on a daily basis feel like they are losing a close friend at work!
It’s not just our employees who will miss Sharon, but agents as well. One of our Brokers, Don Katzman, said, “I’ve worked with Sharon for over 20 years! A big Shout Out to you! You’ve been more than just someone with whom I worked. You’re truly a good friend! I certainly hope you enjoy your retirement! One of these days we can get together and you can tell me again how many times you bailed me out of the many situations I got myself into!”
Heather Jenkins who works in our Small Groups department says, “our little AgentLink family has grown so much since our beginning and it’s going to be hard imagining it without her smiling face. Cheers to you, Sharon, on your retirement. It is deserved and well earned!”
If that doesn’t tell you how close-knit and valuable our employees are to our organization, we don’t know how else to say it! Sharon, we will truly miss you and wish you the best in retirement.
Although Sharon is irreplaceable, we are happy to announce Brooke Mullins as our new Customer Service Representative. She has jumped right in and is already doing a great job in this role. Brooke will continue on the helpful customer service we’re committed to offering our agents. Saying goodbye is always hard, but we’re sure to keep in contact with Sharon. Feel free to send us a farewell message for Sharon on how she may have helped you throughout the years!
