Updates for Small & Large Group Business during Q4 2021

Small Group Updates

Anthem

Anthem now offers the Anthem Broker Hub with tons of valuable information for agents. Visit https://anthembrokerhub.com to see all of the resources available to you by state.

Additionally, Anthem is now offering at-home COVID testing kits. This is offered to all FI commercial groups, including MEWAs.  There is a limit of 1 kit every 3 days and 1 kit per member, per order.

Anthem in Kentucky

For Kentucky agents, if you have not already heard, Anthem Kentucky is offering a ChamberAdvantage Anniversary Bonus. Ask any of our small group representatives and we will be happy to share the details with you!

Also, Anthem Kentucky will now allow Legacy groups to upgrade or downgrade with their plan changes. All plan changes are subject to Anthems approval so please speak to one of our small group representatives, and they will be happy to assist.

Large Group Updates

United HealthCare

Great news! UHC announced that for their 51-99 sized virgin groups, and those with less than 50% participation, an employee application will no longer be required for quoting! If you have any questions please reach out to Patricia and/or Raygan and they will be happy to help.

Humana
Humana has expanded their 1/1 agent bonus offerings even further to make for a rewarding start to 2022! The 5-99 Medical Subscriber Bonus pays agents$25 per subscriber for selling Fully Insured, Non-Community Rated, and Level Funded Premium cases. The enhanced Bundling Bonus now pays agents an additional $500 for adding Medical to a bundled specialty sale, earning agents up to $1,500 for selling a case with all lines (Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life.) The extended 100+ Medical Bonus pays agents up to $25,000 for selling one 100+ enrolled size group.
