Reminders

Participation:

• Anthem: 75% of the net eligible
• Humana: suggests 50% of the net eligible but not enforced
• UHC: 50% of the total eligible

Dual Option:

• Anthem: 10 enrolled for two plans with at least 2 in each plan. Requires a premium spread of 10%-35%. Cannot offer a triple option.
• Humana: 5 enrolled for two plans with at least 1 enrolled in the 2^nd plan. 10 enrolled for triple option with at least 1 enrolled in the other plans.
• UHC: No requirements in the multi choice package. Small groups are allowed to offer as many plans as needed with no requirement of membership in a particular plan.
