Dental cost estimator tool now LIVE for Humana Dental members!
Members can access the cost estimator through the Resources section of the Plan Benefits page in MyHumana, where they will find a link titled, “Estimate costs for dental services.” Using their zip code and a dental procedure keyword, code, or category, they can find a cost range to help better estimate their dental expenses.

- UHC is introducing a new product to the small group (2-50 segment), Surest level funded. Surest should be quote ready on 2/1 for 5/1 effective dates.

KENTUCKY NETWORK
Lexington Clinic has joined the Pathway HMO network as of 1/1/25.

KENTUCKY PHARMACY
- Upon renewal or for new business in 2025 groups will be using the Base RX network vs the RX Choice Tiered network. Base RX network is the current network Grandmothered business uses today.
- No longer will we have level 1 or level 2 pharmacies. Publix is OON in the Base Network.
Until the groups renew, they will have the RX Choice tiered network. Anyone taking a maintenance medication will still need to opt out of mail order before their 3rd fill.

- MEWA, GM and ABF- essential formulary.
All will have the Base network once they renew in 2025.
