Kentucky Agents: Please be aware that Anthem’s KY Small group 2016 Plans that have the Select RX will also have the Home Delivery Choice. Currently in 2015 any ACA group that had the Select RX also had the Mandatory Mail Order for maintenance drugs. After two refills at a pharmacy they would be required to use the Mail Order, or the member would have to pay the full cost of the prescription for the third fill.
In 2016 Anthem will be using Home Delivery Choice. Members should be educated on the convenience and savings for moving to Mail Order. Members have the option of filling by mail or retail, but they must notify Express Scripts of their choice before the third fill each year.

Keep in mind that any group that chooses a plan with the National RX has the choice of using Mail Order or retail, and they do not have to inform Express Scripts of their choice.
