Anthem KY Update: Open Enrollment Changes for Grandmothered Small Groups

Update from Anthem Kentucky:

Now allowed: all grandmothered small groups who elected a 1/1 renewal (3^rd quarter and 4^th quarter groups), a regular open enrollment period and another open enrollment period for 1/1/2017.

Example:

• Group renewed 7/1/2016 and signed the early renewal form for a 1/1/2017 renewal date.  This group received an OE for their 7/1/2016 renewal period and they will receive another OE for 1/1/2017.
• Group renewed 10/1/2016 with a 15 month extended renewal until 1/1/2018 renewal date.  This group received an OE for their 10/1/2016 renewal period and they will a receive another OE for 1/1/2017.
