Brokers can now access Baptist Health Plan Medicare Advantage product training for 2016 via the link below. If you did not attend a training seminar and pass the written exam, the online course must be completed with a minimum passing score of 85%. Once testing is complete, agents must submit the required certification documents (linked below) to April Meredith at april@agent-link.net.
