Over the last 24 years, AgentLink has been a trusted partner and valuable resource to independent insurance agents in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and now Tennessee. AgentLink is seeking a qualified and eager candidate for the position of Life Department Marketer. The Life Department Marketer will work closely with both carriers and clients to provide quality service to independent insurance agents. In this role, the Life Department Marketer will offer outstanding service and support to the team. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Telephone and Internet marketing.
-Assisting agents with product and core carrier knowledge.
-Assisting current agents and agencies with life insurance related questions.
-Responsibility for marketing AgentLink services to independent agents and agencies.
-Contacting potential agents to sell life insurance through AgentLink.
-Improving product knowledge and sales techniques with agents.
-Keeping detailed information on prospective agents and agencies.
The Life Department Marketer should have a wide range of characteristics and abilities such as problem solving, customer service, written and oral communication, planning and organization, professionalism, flexibility, and dependability. Candidates who dedicate themselves to the role of Life Department Marketer will be provided with outstanding training and support from the rest of the AgentLink team. It is important that the Life Department Marketer have a strong working knowledge of all Microsoft applications including Word and Excel, in addition to excellent understanding of Internet search functions.
This is a full time position with regular hours of Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm.
