In an effort for our Agents and customers to get to know our team here at AgentLink better, we’ve been journeying through a series focused on introducing each of our team members. This week’s featured employee is Myra Gifford! Myra is a representative in our Individual Insurance department, providing clients with access to personalized coverage options. We had the opportunity to sit down and gather some information from Mrya, both professionally and personally.
The Daily Role of A Broker Representative
When asked what the daily duties of her position include, she described her role as part of Broker Services. As a Broker Representative, Myra described her daily duties as offering customer service for apps, status checks, and online enrollments for agents who utilize the support of AgentLink. A few examples of her specialities are in individual health and ancillary products. She also works with Medicare products and assists with Delta Dental specifically to provide individual and group dental coverage.
One of her favorite things about working for AgentLink is the great customer service and teamwork that her and her fellow staff members exhibit. It is a team effort to supply excellent coverage to clients while maintaining a fun, friendly atmosphere around the office. Myra thinks that the sense of teamwork and community they all bring to their workspace makes a huge difference. Collaborating with her coworkers brings everyone together and enhances the way they service their clients… and the enjoyment of their work each day.
Get to Know Myra Gifford On A More Personal Level
An interesting fact Myra wanted to share about herself is that she’s a painter. So outside of her role at AgentLink, Myra spends her time getting creative with all her art supplies. We love that!
She is married and has a daughter. Exciting news! She’s also expecting her first grandchild in a few months! Congratulations on this new season for your whole family, Myra! We appreciate you sharing a little about yourself.
