Baptist Health Plan Individual Product Information

As many of you may now know, Bluegrass Family Health has changed its name to Baptist Health Plan. One of the new initiatives for 2016 includes entering the individual health insurance market in which we will be offering individual plans on and off Kentucky’s exchange marketplace (Kynect).

Baptist Health Plan has partnered with AgentLink to assist agents and potential members with sales questions regarding individual plans. Members who are eligible for a subsidy will be encouraged to visit Kynect at https://kynect.ky.gov/ for enrollment. Members who wish to purchase a plan off the exchange can be helped by AgentLink by calling 844.842.1510.

Please contact AgentLink for the Baptist Health Plan Individual Commission Structure for 2016. To be appointed with Baptist Health Plan for individual products, you may also call 844.842.1510. If you are already appointed with Baptist Health Plan for group products, you do not need to be re-appointed. We have linked the appointment checklists below for those interested.

Finally, Baptist Health Plan has launched a new website, www.BaptistHealthPlan.com in which checklists and other important agent and member information can be easily accessed.  We look forward to your feedback.
