| 20-50 | $575 + commission |
What You Need To Know:
- All fully insured businesses are eligible.
- Program applies to groups effective February 1, 2017 through July 1, 2017 (not retroactive).
- Business sold must be domiciled in Kentucky.
- Final payment based on number of enrolled on effective date.
