UnitedHealthCare: Census Enrollment Now Available for New Business Installation

**The following information pertains only to Small Group (2-50) agents in Kentucky and Indiana**

Attention Agents: UnitedHealthCare has announced that they will now allow census enrollment for new business installation, in lieu of paper applications. Paper applications will still be available and can continue to be used.

Please use the attached spreadsheet below for any census enrollment.
