Some classical carols and a table of cookies…. no, no, no. That’s not how we do it at AgentLink. To celebrate the holidays as a team, we spent a few hours AWAY from the office yesterday to let our inner child run wild! It was quite the adventurous Christmas party.
Over 50 of our team members met at Main Event, ready to have some fun. If you haven’t been there before, it’s a restaurant that also offers arcade games, pool tables, shuffleboard, bowling, laser tag, and a ropes course! You better believe we got in on all of that! But first, we enjoyed good food and drinks together.
After lunch, some of our team members monkey-ed around quite literally on a ropes course positioned above all the arcade games. Some people experienced nostalgia when they found arcade games they used to play as kids. We especially loved the interactive ones that move and make you feel almost like you’re really in the scenario like a motocross race in the photo below.
We were glad to give away some pretty sweet door prizes. Becky Thomas was the lucky winner of Luke Bryan Tickets. Melanie Karem landed 2 tickets to see Kid Rock. Scott Toombs won a gift card to Stony River and Tanya Lewis won U of L tickets. Santa might not be able to compete with those gifts this year. Speaking of, he paid us a visit, too!
We honestly wonder what more you could want in a Christmas party. We all had so much fun. Each year, we look forward to this event not only because we have such amazing and entertaining co-workers but because these festivities are a way to say how much we appreciate each person. To our AgentLink team –and to the entire community of agents we serve– we want to say thank you for a great year and for all your hard work.
