AgentLink represents more than 50 insurance companies, giving support to over 7,000 agents. Our service would not be attainable without the expertise and hard work of our staff. We are currently kicking off an AgentLink team blog series by introducing Judy Harley, our IT/Vendor Management Representative. If you know her, you know she’s handy. You can easily find her around our offices doing many things, unless she’s going to exercise, which we are always proud to see our team members do.
A Day in the Life of our IT Specialist
As an IT manager, her job role is ever-changing in her daily duties. She said that this aspect of her job keeps it interesting as she is never doing the same tasks day in and day out. Judy’s position at AgentLink entails handling all IT issues, running reports, assisting with commissions, and customer service needs. She enjoys the family atmosphere that the coworkers at AgentLink exude. She believes they all work exceptionally well together and provide help where necessary to give their brokers the best quality of service.
Judy gained her role within the AgentLink team as she was looking for a new opportunity within the industry.

Judy’s Interests
In her spare time, Judy enjoys eating chicken bacon ranch pizza– her favorite– while rooting for any of the University of Kentucky sports teams. An interesting fact she wanted to share about herself is that she is an avid pursuer of outdoor recreation. From hiking, kayaking, and camping, she has spent a lot of time exploring and exercising outside. She’s spent time out West exploring the mountains with her son and dogs over the last two years. Her last trip to that part of the U.S. – a region many call “God’s Country”– was only a few months ago. It sounds like they’ve been amazing adventures for her. We admit we’re slightly jealous.
