The following changes pertain to United Healthcare’s fully insured 2-50 segment.
- UHC no longer requires enrollment applications in the 2-50 segment. They will now allow a census enrollment using the PRIME enrollment spreadsheet (Click here>> PRIME New Business Enrollment Spreadsheet)
- UHC no longer requires wage and tax information for groups with 10 or more eligible employees
- UHC will now require a Participation Certification to be completed in place of the wage and tax documentation for all groups with 10 or more eligible employees (Click here>> Participation Certification)
